We analyse, document and optimise the business processes of our customers (a process is a line of activities carried out by people or systems). On the basis of the resulting formal process concept (BPMN), we implement a workflow system, which lets the operational business processes run controlled. Into the workflow is often integrated also a document management system, which reduces paperwork, i.e. administration costs.
